Daily Drawing for Wellbeing - Day 1 - Scribbly Cactus Put aside that 'to do' list, take some time away from all your thoughts and join me in a 20 minute drawing. Creative activities are important for staying healthy and connecting with the world, and evidence shows that making art lowers stress and anxiety. This isn't for 'arty' people - this is for everyone! Anyone can do this - age 5 to 105! No prior drawing experience is required, you can take part even if you haven't drawn anything for years or are totally new to drawing. What you'll need: 1. Paper 2.
