This is the build instructions (no voiceover) of our Medina Almost-Ready-to-Fly (ARF) 2-meter RC glider. We are assembling the F3-RES/F3L version of the Medina, launched with a bungee. The F5-RES/F5L version of the Medina is launched with an electric motor. The Medina is a balsa built-up glider with a carbon boom, carbon spar and other reinforcements and is covered with a light plastic film. This is a RES glider, which means it has Rudder, Elevator, and Spoiler channels for control. The V-tails are controlled by a pull-string system with a spring in the control surface. As the Medina ARF comes mostly assembled, it usually takes 1-2 hours to put together at home.
