I have never known a more talented musician than Sean Halley... he doesn't just “play“ guitar, bass and keys... he's bad-ass on all of them. Additionally, he is a singer/songwriter and terrific lyricist. As if all of this wasn't enough, Sean is equally adept on the technical side... an outstanding engineer with a depth of gear knowledge that will make your head spin. For many years as I learned my way around Protools, I would call him at all hours with tech support questions, and he always knew the fix... For years, I've told him that if he wants me to stop bugging him with questions, he should stop always knowing the answers! Beyond all these things, Sean Halley is one of my nearest, dearest, oldest and best friends, so after almost 20 years of knowing each, recording on a variety of projects together and playing various gigs around LA, we finally thought, maybe we should be start a band... and fraudprophets was born.
