Join us as we create delicious bread loaves using time-honored methods and simple, wholesome ingredients. Ingredients: Starter: 50 g flour 🌾 30 g water 💧 2 g fresh yeast 🍞 Dough: 250 g flour 🌾 125 g water 💧 1/2 tablespoon olive oil 🫒 10 g fresh yeast 🍞 5 g salt 🧂 20 g olive oil for brushing the dough 🫒 Instructions: Preparing the Starter: In a bowl, mix 50 g of flour, 30 g of water, and 2 g of fresh yeast. Stir until you get a smooth mixture. 🥄 Leave the starter in a warm place until it doubles in size. This should take about 1-2 hours. ⏲️ Preparing the Dough: In a separate bowl, activate 10 g of fresh yeast in 125 g of warm water. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until bubbles appear. 🌡ʊ
