Watlington, Oxfordshire. A story about a man who has a fence made from cartwheels and mechanical models that move in the wind. Various shots of John Wilde and his son Michael outside their home working on the models. We see various models including tribal dancing, women typing and a boy getting caned by a school teacher. There are also general shots of the fence in the garden. The narrator tells us he makes these models for charity. Cuts exist - see separate record. FILM ID: A VIDEO FROM BRITISH PATHÉ.
