“Sosna” ADMS is designed for engaging aircraft, helicopters, cruise missiles, gliding aero bombs, UAVs, and lightly armoured ground-based equipment. The complex is applied while escorting motor convoys on march and while protecting stationary objects, block-posts, aerodromes, bridges, armoured force vehicles and other equipment. The advantages of the complex are: high security of combat operations; jamming resistance, high mobility and survivability; operation in motion; big ammunition load. Zone of engagement by the range is up to 10 km, the altitude is up to 5 km.
