This film was obviously filmed in a Studio but they did a good job making you think they were in New Orleans. Also note, someone screwed up and put the inside floor mats in the car UPSIDE DOWN!!!!! lol Years later after Chrysler Corporation Acquired AMC, Chrysler would use the Spirit name on another car, the Dodge Spirit. Chrysler seemed out of respect to AMC resurrect a number of former AMC names over the years, Concord, Rebel, Hornet and Willys to name a few.
