I set it up on some blocks and put a propane torch underneath for heat. This guy was so fast it was awesome to watch- I should hire him to frame my next house- it’s be done in like a day and a half. He started out by frying eggs for the rice- it got seasoned with salt, pepper, and plenty of soy sauce. With all the stuff he brought he actually forgot a knife- so I gave him my Milwaukee fastback, and it worked pretty good. Next he threw on some scallops and shrimp. I was impressed with how many different types of food he was cooking at one time. We could tell this wasn’t his first day on the job. The food was amazing, we ate it right off the grill. My favorite had to be the lobster- with tons of butter. Finally, he grilled up some sirloin steak. This was so much fun we would definitely do it again. Everyone got more than enough food- especially the new guy. Although, he did embarrass me- he kept growling for more and more steak.
