As promised, I posted this video for my students who requested it and wanted to learn/breakdown the tango we are doing in class. Hopefully this will help give you some tips and you'll have a better feel for the tango/understanding of it and perhaps be more comfortable in classes. Once you have it down, you'll be able to work on more muscle control and toning as we add in legs/squats during the slow segments. Don't be afraid of it.
