This item of the late 19th century, it was used in teahouses. It was nailed to large wooden stumps and sugar was chopped there. The first duty I took apart the cutter, removing the old rivets. And put it in a rust remover. Next, I cleaned the surface with an iron brush and moved on to adjusting the details.
