Cheesy egg masala Ingredients Quantity Coriander 2 cup Mint 1 cup Green chilies 2 no's Chopped ginger 1 tsp Water as required Chaat masala 1 tsp Lemon juice ½ tsp Salt ½ tsp Boiled eggs 5no's Mozzarella Cheese ½ cup Oil 1 tbsp Chopped Ginger ½ tsp Chopped Green chilies ½ tsp Chopped Onions ½ cup Salt to taste Chaat masala ½ tsp Red chili powder 1tsp Mozzarella Cheese 1 tbsp Sprigs of coriander for garnish Method In a grinder add coriander, mint, green chilies, chopped ginger, water as required and grind it well. Now add chaat masala, lemon juice and salt n mix it well. Cut the boiled eggs and stuff it with mozzarella cheese In a kadhai add oil and carefully place the egg Now add chopped ginger, chopped green chilies, chopped onions, salt to taste, chaat masala , red chilli powder and mix it well Now pour the green chutney mixture and mix it well Let it cook for some time add the remaining mozzarella cheese and mix it well Remove it in a serving bowl Finally garnish it with sprigs of coriander.
