Ingredients - 6 soft slider buns - 420g 80/20 ground beef, split into 6 x 70g balls - 2 tbsp grapeseed oil - 1 small brown onion, medium dice - 6 slices burger cheese - 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, finely sliced - 12 sour pickle slices - 2 tbsp mayo - 2 tbsp mustard - Salt to taste Method 1. Slice your slider buns in 1/2, trying to keep them all attached. 2. Spread mayo on both sides. 3. Pour the oil on a hotplate and once hot, add the onions, season with salt and cook until they soften and start to colour. 4. Add the beef balls on top of the onion and smash flat, season with salt. 5. Once you have a good sear on one side, flip and add the cheese to the top. 6. Toast your buns mayo side down. 7. To assemble, start with the bottom bun and add iceberg lettuce. 8. Move the cooked meat, onions and cheese on top of the lettuce and top it with the pickles. 9. Add the top of the bun and enjoy!
