Brown onion 3 no. Salt to taste Yogurt ½ Cup Water 1 ltr. Ghee 2 Tbsp Milk ¼ cup Coriander leaves chopped 2 Tbsp Garam masala ½ Tsp Lemon cut into wedge 1 No. Brown cashew nut 1 Tbsp Mint leaves for garnish Method: 1. Take presser cooker, add wheat, moong dal, chana dal, urad dal, ginger garlic paste, bay leaf, black cardamom, green cardamom, cinnamon stick, cloves, green chilli paste, black peppercorn, caraway seeds, mutton, half brown onion, salt, yogurt and water. 2.
