You always hear about how everyone should be plant based/Vegan and i don't know about you but usually when i would talk to the Vegans they would push their lifestyle on me and tell me how bad meat was for me. It would honestly really annoy me!! Then last year i met Steph ( A vegan) but she wouldn't push the 'meat talk' on me and how bad it was, she would eat plant based and i would eat meat and there would be no issues at restaurants. This got me thinking when my skin became really bad with acne and what if i did start making food changes, would my skin benefit too????
