I had Top of the Pops 2 on in the background just while doing other stuff. This song i’d never heard before came on, and I had to check out what it was. I read up on Alice Martineau and was saddened to hear she’d passed away. However, it was truly inspirational that she’d battled the affects of Cystic Fibrosis to perform, and had just gained success by releasing her debut album “Daydreams“ on Sony Records. Sadly, she was on the waiting list for a Heart, Lung, Liver transplant and died just 3 months late
