Join me today for a 30 minute total body dumbbell workout that aims to increase your strength, endurance, improve your coordination and burn lots of calories. This is a no repeat, strength focused workout that includes a range of some basic compound moves to keep you not only working hard but also enjoying yourself. This is a slow and steady dumbbell workout in which you need to think quality before quantity so take your time and aim for correct form when possible. For your reference I am using a pair of 5kg dumbbells, but please remember this is just an indication of what works for me, but might not be suitable for you.
