Episode 5: SRI LALITHAMBIKA AS KAMESWARI The celestials perform a grand sacrifice to ward off hurdles and obstacles created by the powerful demon Bhandasura. Sri Lalithambika appears from the flames of wisdom of the sacrifice and blesses them with Her grace. The splendourous wedding of Sri Maha Tripurasundari and Sri Kameswara takes place as a feast for the souls. She now becomes the invincible Lalitha Parameswari seated on Sri Chakra, rides the chariot with Vedas as four wheels, Purusharthas as four horses and a victorious flag on the top. She with Her army of other Devis slay the fierceful Bhandasura with “Kameswara“ asthra and his entire allies. Conclusion: SRI MAHAA SHODASI AS THE EMBODIMENT OF SERENITY The divine refulgence and grace of Sri Maha Shodasi, the Goddess with sixteen syllables as Her mantra pervade every quarter and every creation of this universe. She along with Her ’Parivaram’ (powers) graces the joyful Thillana versed with the prayer slokam chosen from the holy Sri Lalitha Sahasra Namam.
