Today's session is a 30 minute full body standing pilates workout featuring the resistance band. A challenging workout for the whole body, it'll work on balance, leg, hip, shoulder and arm functional exercises and you will absolutely feel it by the end- in a good way of course! This session will pay particular attention to toning the arms, shoulders, legs, hips and thighs as well as the core. Don't worry if you don't have a band you'll still be able to do the workout and feel the benefits. Enjoy!
