The last time that we saw our Buddy Joe and the Black Hawk was at the No-Prep Race at the I29 Raceway MotorPlex where he stole the show with an INSANE Bumper stand!! Well fast forward a few months and he’s back for some No-Prep action at the Ozarks Raceway Park.
