Kurganmashzavod reports: a new batch of BMP-3 has been delivered to the troops. The vehicles received standard additional protection kits. The BMP-3 is equipped with anti-cumulative grilles, armored screens, as well as “Capes” – kits for reducing visibility in the thermal and radar spectrum. They are made of synthetic fire-resistant material and make it difficult to detect equipment using observation devices, such as thermal imagers.
