In the final bout of their excellent trilogy, Daniel Zaragoza [43-5-1] & Paul Banke [21-5] face off once again for Zaragoza's WBC Super Bantamweight title. Banke after winning the title from Zaragoza with a 9th round TKO, lost the belt in his first defence against Pedro Decima, who in turn lost the title in his 1st defence against Japan's Kiyoshi Hatanaka. Zaragoza went on to score a split decision win over Hatanaka in Japan to regain the WBC title that he defends here against old rival Paul Banke at the site of their previous 2 meetings, the legendary Great Western Forum, Inglewood, California.
