The SP-MSM-VC-8 is an automated arc melting system equipped with vacuum casting stations designed for high-throughput and autonomous experiments. It features a water-cooled copper hearth with eight identical cavities for independent vacuum casting. The water-cooled tungsten electrode precisely melts each sample using pre-set current, time, and rasterizing speed under a programmable CNC stage. Moreover, the glovebox ensures a clean and oxygen-free environment for metallurgical research.
