Double Series of Horn Blast from River Cruise Ship Kronshtadt

I don’t know what’s going on, but this was the second cruise ship that said goodbye to Moscow on October 2, 2023, sounding two consecutive series of ship whistles. Can someone explain to me? Why do ships sound their horn twice? Is one farewell series not enough? The video shooting conditions that day were not very good. The motor ship, whose departure and whistles I wanted to film, was standing on the second side at the pier of the Moscow Northern River Station. The motor vessel Georgy Zhukov blocked her from me.
