This time, with a full body of work to display, he is giving us a masterclass of unconventional and forward thinking sound design across all 4 tracks. Beginning proceedings with ‘Three Fires’, the EP cuts straight to the point, force-feeding the listener into a commanding and hard-hitting aural experience. As the main source of inspiration for the EPs title, the track primarily focuses on stretching and bending modular recordings and using synths with vocal characteristics and flavour. This theme continues throughout the EP, manifesting itself in ‘Death By Drums’, ‘Dress To Compress’ and ‘Bowl Of Teeth’, purveying a sense of warping time and space.
