In today's episode of Vox Friendly Pedals, we are looking at this Canadian offering from Fairfield Circuitry, the Barbershop! The concept behind the name, is that this pedal gives your guitar tone the fresh feel of a slick new haircut. A very fitting name, as the tone sounds unique and fresh. The question is: does it play well with a Vox AC15? I have put the Barbershop to the test and will let you decide if my claims of this being a new classic for the AC15 is justified or not. I'll be using my Vox AC15c1, mic'd with a Shire SM57. I'll be using multiple guitars such as my trusty Telecaster, the Strat and my Les Paul junior.
