We are specialized in the highest quality concert guitars as well as historic guitars from around the world. Our passion for these unique instruments and the joy to give guitarists, passionate players, and collectors the possibility to purchase their own appropriate instrument is the motivation that drives us. Another focus is to work closely with established and young, largely unknown luthiers. Together we want to develop new ideas and share experiences with our customers. We also recorded pieces for many great composers such as Johann Sebastian Bach, Astor Piazzolla and Isaac Albeniz (Asturias). You will also find almost all the classical music composers that wrote for the classical guitar. Make sure to discover Agustin Barrios Mangoré, Manuel Maria Ponce, Heitor Villa-Lobos and many more if you don't know their compositions already You can find our showroom in 76137 Karlsruhe, Roonstr. 31, Germany ‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾ ►Guitar: François Leonard has been building classical guitars for almost 20 years now and lives and works in his workshop in Lorient, France. He had the opportunity to learn from many guitar builders in England and also worked in the Lakewood workshop in Germany. He received support from Dominique Field as an occasional mentor, and so it is no surprise that the aesthetics and structural concept of his guitars are strongly influenced by French masters such as Daniel Friederich and Dominique Field. This remarkable guitar, built by Francois Régis Leonard, is a special edition made of stunning Rio rosewood, which has become rare these days and is, of course, CITES certified. The sound of this instrument has all the characteristics of F.R. Leonard’s guitars, but you can also recognize an extraordinary charm and elegance. The tone is round and mellow with a great richness. It is a very balanced guitar with a remarkable sustain and excellent playing comfort. As always, Francois offers us a powerful instrument whose sound carries far and with precision. It is a guitar that accompanies the player and offers a wide dynamic range. This instrument, therefore, meets all the criteria of a great concert guitar. This distinctive guitar is both an exceptional concert instrument and a wonderful work of art. Luthier: Francois Regis Leonard Construction year: 2020 Top: Spruce Back and sides: Brazilian rosewood (Cites certified) Scale: 650 mm Nut: 51,5 mm Weight: 1743 grams Air resonance frequency: G# ‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾ #SiccasGuitars #insiccasguitarswetrust
