Highlights from a hard-earned, second-consecutive CrossFit Games title for 23 year-old Justin Medeiros. As the reigning “Fittest Man on Earth,“ Justin had the target on his back in 2022 and an extremely strong field of challengers giving chase. Across five days of competition, consistency was key, and that was Medeiros's path to victory. While he didn't finish first in any single workout, he finished in the Top 5 a remarkable 13 times, racking up the points necessary to outlast Roman Khrennikov and Ricky Garard.
