Vandals who spray-painted luxury homes in Los Angeles arrested 📌Los Angeles police have arrested four suspects for spraying graffiti on unfinished skyscrapers downtown. 📌The arrests took place inside the building after obtaining proper permits from the developer. 📌 Earlier last week, two more trespassing suspects were detained. 📌It remains unknown how long the vandalism took, but police are working with the management company to beef up security. 📌City Councilman Kevin de Leon suggested cleaning up the graffiti on the building.
