Chaos broke out at Halloween parties across the U.S. this weekend as 12 mass shootings occurred. 11 lives were taken and dozens were injured as a result. Police haven’t released the names of the victims, but it’s known a 14-year-old boy was one of the fatalities. See the details in our video.
