The BlackSpot is a bar created in 1976 by John Herman, whose theme is hard liquor and pirates. Despite the bar’s location, it was a great success. The animatronics were very useful and knew how to set the mood with songs, shows or even their unique looks. Unfortunately, the cost of repairing and maintaining the animatronics was far too high, so the owner was forced to sell and the BlackSpot closed its doors for good in 1988. To everyone’s surprise, a robotics research company bought the bar and the animatronics engineer in 1989, under the name . The new manager of the establishment, Mr. Owen, had plans to create a highly successful animatronic nightclub and revolutionize the world of robotics with new, high-end animatronics. Construction began in 1990, and a huge basement was built far from the gaze of journalists and curious onlookers. But two years later, Fremy’s nightclub opened its doors to the adult public and was a huge success. One night, a young, newly-hired night guard working for Fremy’s Nightclub receives a message from the building’s security system. He is called to the building immediately.
