Music is an indispensable part of the Tibetan people’s lives. The Tibetan people are naturally good at singing and dancing. The unique living environment and culture of Tibet has created distinctive Tibetan music. In this view, we invited a special group of Tibetan musicians to play some representative Tibetan music clips on traditional instruments, such as Damnyen (Six-string Tibetan guitar), Chinese hammered dulcimer, Erka (bell), and Lingbu (flute). Although these musicians are blind and cannot see the world visually, they use music to express their love and understanding of life to us. Besides our video record, you can also see their performances in the Langma Hall (Tibetan-style Night Club) and the Tibetan teahouse in Lhasa, Tibet. Hoping you can go to Tibet and enjoy their live show.
