For those of you who are in the USA I wanted to include an early workout so you can get your exercise out of the way before Thanksgiving dinner! I know I always need to put on sweatpants in the evening because my belly is so full and happy. Anyway I want you to get a total body toning exercises in so here is one of my favorite intense 30 min full body pilates workouts!
