Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz will do anything to prevent unions from coming into his company — anything besides engage in union-busting activities, that is. Or so he says. Sadly for Schultz, a judge disagreed, ruling that Starbucks routinely engaged in illegal union-busting activities, and now the company will be forced to make amends and be forthright about employees’ rights when it comes to unionizing.
