I made these dolphins from a pattern in an intarsia book by Judy Gale Roberts called Easy to Make Intarsia. I used blue pine and holly for the bodies and ebony and holly for the eyes. I also used Old Masters gel poly for the finish. I was very happy with it and it makes the wood feel silky. Also, I recently learned about a sticker machine called Creative Station. I used it in this video which makes the pieces of the pattern into stickers! Then you easily attach them to the wood. It worked well but make sure to use repositionable sticker cartridges and not the permanent ones. I’ll put links in the description box to the items I’ve used so you can easily check them out.
