This spring, the U.S. Agency for International Development and the State Department's refugees bureau determined that Israel had deliberately blocked humanitarian aid to Palestinians in Gaza. If Blinken took their recommendations, the U.S. would be required to cut off weapons shipments to Israel. He rejected them.
