China clears all high and medium-risk areas for COVID-19

For more: On February 22, China’s last medium-risk district, Wangkui County in northeast China’s Heilongjiang Province, was downgraded to low-risk after reporting no new local infections for 14 days. On February 21, authorities in Hebei Province declared Gaocheng District in Shijiazhuang City would also be downgraded to a low-risk area. The Chinese mainland reported 11 new cases today, all arrivals from abroad. Even as local cases decrease, clinics and medical facilities across China have been continuing to expand to meet coronavirus testing needs. CGTN’s Li Jianhua reports.
