NorCal Tue Niter: Treasure Island - Bay Bridge RGT Cycling

Treasure Island and Buena Vista Island mark the mid-way point of the Bay Bridge, which connects San Francisco and Emeryville. This race starts on Treasure Island, which previously served as a military base, then climbs to Buena Vista. It then takes the bridge bike path to Emeryville, loops around, and returns, descending and finishing on Treasure Island. the climb to the bridge is a challenge, while the bridge itself descends gradually to the east.
