Jay Halstead is one true hero... He has been here since day 1, going through some difficulties but always being present for the job and the team. I think he’s one of the very favorites of the show because he’s both sensitive and strong, following his heart no matter what. Do you like Jay? Do you prefer him with Erin or Hailey? What do you like/dislike about him? PS: the fact that he doesn’t give up on his method to find Kim and that he succeeds was so gooood! I love that he was the one who found her, that changed.
