Come join us for a meal in Lima, Peru as we sample our favorite Peruvian potato dish - Causa. It is basically mashed yellow potatoes mixed with chili, oil, onion and lime including fillings of avocado, chicken and/or ceviche (Causa Acevichado) which is typically served cold with olives and hard boiled eggs.
