How to make a buttercream rose wreath cake using frozen flowers (Russian tip)

This gorgeous cake can be decorated with a buttercream rose wreath in a matter of minutes, with a little preparation ahead of time... Simply pipe roses on parchment squares using a Russian rosebud tip & petal tip, as shown here: then freeze them, and you're ready to go!
