Decided to come up with a little variation on the hot potato concept at CrossFit Crestview. Everyone had to engage their core by balancing on their butt and keeping their feet up at all times if possible. We decided on 3 wall balls, weights were 14lbs, 10lbs, & 6lbs.... everyone circled up close enough so thy could pass the wall Ball between each other to start. When I stopped the music OR said “stop“ we started to throw across the circle in orders of the colors - red, blue, then grey. The warmup was only roughly 2 minutes but was more difficult than most people expected since your core was engaged the whole time. Also to keep it interesting we changed the direction of the rotation after each stop also. What are some variations you think would be good to this game?
