Kutab, or gutab — is a flour dish of traditional Azerbaijani cuisine, a thin crescent-shaped scone. Qutabs are cooked in villages in spring, when young greens appear. And as a filling, in addition to greens, they use meat, pumpkin, pomegranate seeds, onions and cheese. Our whole family loves this dish, try making qutabs at home too!
