Unzip the zip file, and place ““ into your common/TeamFortress 2/tf/custom folder It WILL conflict with other Heavy animation mods. It also does not have proper blendout (Might go back in and edit it later. Other Information: Rave Fortress Deadline has been bumped up to February, I will make a video making this more known.
