According to new reporting from Axios, former Senator Sherrod Brown is eyeing a political comeback by running again in 2026. The former Senator served three terms for the state of Ohio before he was defeated in last year’s election. Brown lost to Bernie Moreno as voters selected the Republican to represent Ohio in the US Senate. LiveNOW’s Andrew Craft is speaking with Karen Kasler, the Statehouse Bureau Chief with Ohio Public Media. Former Sen. Brown is looking to challenge the current U.S. Sen. Jon Husted next year for one of Ohio's two seats. Sen. Jon Husted was the lieutenant governor of Ohio from 2019 to 2025 and took over Vice President JD Vance’s old Senate seat after the 2024 election. Subscribe to LiveNOW from FOX!
