Shahi Tukda is a classic Indian sweet dish that combines the richness of saffron-infused milk and the crunchiness of toast. #Toastshahitukda #shahitukda #dessert #indiandessertrecipe #recipe #chefharpalsingh Ingredients Quantity Water 1 ½ cup Sugar ¾ cup Cardamom powder 1 tsp Toast 3 rows Milk 1 cup Condensed milk ½ cup Saffron ½ tsp Cardamom powder ½ tsp Rose water 1 tsp Chopped pistachios as required for garnish Chopped almonds as required Caramel syrup as required Dry rose petals for garnish Method • In a kadhia add water , sugar , cardamom powder , and let it get cook • Then in a square baking bowl/ tray layer the toast in a 3 rows , now add the sugar syrup on the toast. • then in a same kadhai add the milk , condensed milk , saffron , cardamom powder , rose water and mix it well , once its cooked properly • add the mixture on the toast ,and top if up with some chopped pistachios , n chopped almonds n microwave it for 2 mins. • once it’s done add the left over rabdi & drizzle some caramel syrup from top. • finally garnish it with chopped pistachios and dry rose petals n serve warm or cold .
