Bizarre moment in Egyptian football as goalkeeper is unpunished after making save outside the box. FANS are confused after footage has emerged from the Egyptian Premier League of a goalkeeper making a save outside of the box with his right hand without being punished for handball by the referee. Something which is equally as astonishing is that the opposing players played on without protesting at all.
