From a video game to an amazing, fun, action-packed movie - Sonic the Hedgehog has been leveling up! Creating these films brought on a ton of nostalgia and some pretty cool gear while the filming crew literally broke new ground. In the sequel, Jim Carrey spent his fair share of time rigged up and flying high while James Marsden got upgraded to maybe the most intense cruise control we’ve ever seen! The Sonic crew expanded for the sequel bringing Knuckles and Tails to life, which meant we got even more, custom-made stand-in statues for filming - including the classic solo floating head for a few shots. Let’s just say you’ve never seen a hedgehog that looked like this before.
