Hey guys!! Sunday Morning Grind #nodaysoff Check out My video Today Video highlights Working legs mixing strength/ power with explosion. LegPress 990 3x6 (all the way down) your knees should touch your chest for full extension and a full rep. Worked in weighted dips pyramids worked my way up to 5 plates (225 lbs) for 2 reps full extension with lock out, and finally working box jumps but I don’t jump on boxes I usually jump over them doing that is harder it makes you work height and distance (20 tiers), I clear it several times but Iam not perfect I make mistakes, and I get tired so I busted my ass!!! 😂😂 and I wanted to show everybody, that’s what happens when you push yourself your gonna fall the important thing is getting back up and doing it again and again!!!!
