Ingredients: pumpkin seeds - 100 g garlic - 1-2 cloves fresh greens salt and spices - according to your taste lemon juice - 1 tbsp. olive oil - 1 tbsp. water - 50 g Method: Add all the ingredients into blender and mix well until you get the hummus. It will complement any vegetables salads and protein crackers perfectly. Enjoy!
