Hello everyone, In this video I show you how I make ceramic plates using stoneware clay. Including tips and tricks for pottering at home. You don’t need any special tools or pottering wheel for this project! The plates I created in the video are food safe and can even be washed in the dishwasher! Stoneware clay needs to be fired in a kiln, if you don’t have your own, check out to find one in your area or ask google for a pottery studio in your area ;) The clay I used for this project is a STONEWARE CLAY with 25% chamotte in white. To decorate my ceramics I used: GREEN GRANITE liquid glaze by “BOTZ” (Number 9891) BEIGE GRANITE liquid glaze by “BOTZ” (Number 9894) GREY BASALT liquid glaze by “BOTZ” (Number 9893) → this video is not sponsored, I just like working with it :) The pieces were fired at 1250 degrees celcius.
